摘 要:研究了静电诱导液滴加载过程中的液面监测问题。通过在静电加载电路中串联附加电容,将液位变化转换成电容波动,进而根据电信号的变化确定探测液面高度。建立了串联电容的静电诱导加载仿真模型,计算分析了驱动电压、探头距液面的初始距离等参数对电容电压与液面高度的关系的影响。以环氧树脂胶为样品进行实验研究。结果表明:电容电压与液面高度呈明显负相关,电容电压初始值与驱动电压近似呈线性关系,初始距离对电容电压初始值影响较小,而电容电压变化幅值与驱动电压近似呈负线性关系,与初始距离近似呈线性关系。研究成果为静电诱导过程液面监测提供了新思路。Liquid level monitoring problem in electrostatic-induced dropletloading process is researched.A capacitor is serially added to the electrostatic loading circuit.Thus,the change in liquid level is converted into capacitance fluctuation.As a result,the liquid level height can be determined via the variation of electrical signals,a simulation model for electrostatic induction loading of series capacitors is established.Effects of parameters such as driving voltage,initial distance from the probe to the liquid level,on the relationship between capacitance,voltage and liquid level height are calculated and analyzed.Experiments are carried out using the epoxy resin adhesive as sample.The experimental results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the capacitance voltage and the liquid level height,and the initial value of the capacitance voltage is approximately linearly related to the driving voltage.Briefly,the initial distance has a small impact on the initial value of the capacitance-voltage.The amplitude of capaciance voltage variation is approximately negatively linear with the driving voltage,and approximately linear with the initial distance.The research results provide a new ideo for liquid-level monitoring in electrostatic induction processes.
