摘　　要：新时代全面推进社会主义生态文明建设,旨在探索其实践逻辑、理论逻辑、价值逻辑的高度统一,为实现中国式现代化提供坚实的生态支撑。为分析新时代生态文明建设的实践转变、理论来源与价值立场,提出相应的实现路径,采用文献分析法和理论归纳法,通过对新时代生态文明建设的相关文献进行梳理,分析其实践成就、理论基础和价值导向;结合国内外生态文明建设的成功经验,归纳总结出新时代生态文明建设的实现路径。研究发现,新时代生态文明建设实践实现了“四个重大转变”,并擘画了“美丽中国”的实践蓝图,绿色发展已成为新时代生态文明建设实践的必然选择;在理论层面,中国古代生态文明思想与马克思主义关于人与自然的思想为新时代生态文明建设提供了思想源流和理论来源,习近平生态文明思想则是其理论升华与结晶;在价值层面,新时代生态文明建设强调对自然的善待与尊重,体现了自觉自律的生产生活方式,坚持以人民为中心的价值立场。研究表明,新时代全面推进社会主义生态文明建设的实现路径包括:以习近平生态文明思想为统领,建立健全以生态价值观为准则的生态文化体系;加快发展新质生产力,推进产业优化升级和绿色低碳科技革命;坚持问题导向和底线思维,围绕生态文明建设重点任务久久为功;坚持整体性与系统性的治理方式,走中国特色的社会主义生态文明建设道路。In the new era,comprehensively advancing the construction of a socialist ecological civilization aims to unify its practical logic,theoretical logic,and value logic,providing robust ecological support for achieving the Chinese path to modernization.To analyze the practical transformations,theoretical origins,and value positions of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era and propose corresponding implementation pathways,this study adopts a literature analysis and theoretical induction approach.By reviewing relevant literature on ecological civilization construction in the new era,it examines its practical achievements,theoretical foundations,and value orientations.Drawing on successful domestic and international experiences in ecological civilization construction,the study summarizes the pathways for realizing ecological civilization construction in the new era.The research reveals that the practice of ecological civilization construction in the new era has achieved“four significant transformations”and outlined a practical blueprint for a“Beautiful China”,with green development becoming the inevitable choice for ecological civilization construction practices in the new era.Theoretically,ancient Chinese thought on ecological civilization and Marxist views on the relationship between man and nature provide ideological and theoretical sources,while XI Jinping thought on ecological civilization represents its theoretical refinement and consolidation.From a value perspective,ecological civilization construction in the new era emphasizes kindness and respect toward nature,promotes conscientious and disciplined modes of production and living,and adheres to a people-centered value orientation.The study concludes that the implementation pathways to comprehensively advancing the construction of a socialist ecological civilization in the new era include:taking XI Jinping thought on ecological civilization as the guiding principle;establishing and improving an ecological cultural system based on eco
