煤粉界面厚度影响下结合面接触刚度分析

摘  要:为研究煤粉界面厚度对结合面接触刚度的影响,对接触表面的微观形貌进行了刻画,试验测量了煤粉颗粒间及其与接触面间的接触参数,并基于颗粒液桥与颗粒破碎理论,采用有限元-离散元耦合方法,建立了含有煤粉界面的结合面三体接触模型,分析了不同煤粉界面厚度对结合面接触刚度的影响。研究结果表明:随着煤粉界面厚度增加,煤粉颗粒破碎数量先增加后降低,当界面厚度为0.5 mm时发生破碎的颗粒数量最多,其中中大粒径颗粒主要起到承载作用;随着界面厚度的增加,煤粉颗粒力链数量和长度随之增加,煤粉颗粒间的液桥力随之减小,随着大粒径颗粒的破碎,液桥力会发生骤降;当界面厚度为0.3 mm、0.5 mm、0.7 mm时,结合面三体接触刚度分别为1.792×10^(8) Pa/m、1.659×10^(8) Pa/m、1.600×10^(8) Pa/m,最后采用试验方法进行了验证。研究结果为煤矿装备动态特性与寿命预测研究提供依据。In order to study the effect of pulverized coal-interface’s thickness on the interface contact stiffness,contact surface’s micro-morphology was characterized,and contact parameters between pulverized coal particles and contact surface were measured experimentally.Based on the particle liquid bridge and particle crushing theory.A three-body contact model with pulverized coal interface was established using the finite element-discrete element coupling method,and the influence of different pulverized coal interface thickness on contact stiffness was analyzed.The results show that with increasing pulverized coal interface’s thickness,the quantity of crushing pulverized coal particles increases at first and then decreases,and the quantity of broken particles is the most when the interface thickness is 0.5 mm,where medium and large particles are the main load-bearer.With the increase of interface thickness,the number and length of pulverized coal particle force chain increase,the liquid bridge force between pulverized coal particles decreases,and with large particles breaking,the liquid bridge force drops sharply.When the interface thickness is 0.3 mm,0.5 mm and 0.7 mm,the three-body interface contact stiffness is 1.792×10^(8) Pa/m,1.659×10^(8) Pa/m and 1.600×10^(8) Pa/m.The research results provide a basis for the dynamic characteristics study and life prediction of coal mine equipments.
