摘  要:ThMn_(12)型SmFe_(12)基合金作为一种富Fe型稀土永磁材料,因较少的稀土用量和高的内禀磁性能而被认为是潜在的下一代稀土永磁体。优异的内禀磁性能却无法转化为可实用的外禀磁性能,这是目前制备高性能SmFe_(12)基永磁材料所需要克服的主要难关。从SmFe_(12)基永磁材料主要的合金形态切入,系统阐述了其外禀磁性能在磁控溅射薄膜、快淬条带、块状磁体等几个方面的研究进展,深入讨论了SmFe_(12)基1∶12相的形成机制、合金磁体矫顽力的提升机制及其内部相组成和微观结构对磁性能的影响。最后,提出了一种获取高磁性能SmFe_(12)基块状磁体的方案及其制备方法,希望为制备SmFe_(12)基高性能块状永磁体提供参考思路。ThMn_(12)-type SmFe_(12)-based alloy,as a Fe-rich rare earth permanent magnet material,is considered a potential candidate for the next generation of rare earth permanent magnets due to its reduced rare earth usage and high intrinsic magnetic properties.The challenge of converting excellent intrinsic magnetic properties into practically useful extrinsic magnetic properties remains the major hurdle in developing high-performance SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnets.Delves into the primary alloy forms of SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnetic materials,summarizing the recent advances in extrinsic magnetic properties of SmFe_(12)-based alloys in areas such as magnetron sputtering films,melt-spun ribbons,and bulk magnets.It provides an in-depth discussion on the formation mechanism of the SmFe_(12)-based 1:12phase,the enhancement mechanisms of coercivity in alloy magnets,and the effects of internal phase composition and microstructure on magnetic performance.Finally,based on the insights gained,we propose a scheme and preparation method for obtaining high-performance SmFe_(12)-based bulk magnets,aiming to offer valuable insights for the fabrication of high-performance SmFe_(12)-based bulk permanent magnets.
