摘 要:通过丝网印刷涂敷技术,在烧结钕铁硼磁体表面分别涂敷了Pr、Pr_(96)Al_(4)、Pr_(83)Cu_(17)、Pr_(80)Co_(20)涂层,并对其进行晶界扩散热处理。对比分析了扩散后磁体的磁性能、温度稳定性、相结构和微观结构。结果表明:扩散磁体的内禀矫顽力提高4kOe以上,增幅超35%,剩磁降低0.3kGs以内,降幅小于3%;扩散磁体的高温矫顽力明显提升,高温剩磁、剩磁温度系数和矫顽力温度系数基本不变,扩散Pr_(80)Co_(20)磁体的居里温度提升了7.3℃;扩散源沿晶界扩散进入磁体内部,使得晶界富稀土相明显增多,有效地隔离了主相晶粒。Pr,Pr_(96)Al_(4),Pr_(83)Cu_(17)and Pr_(80)Co_(20)coatings were applied to the surface of sintered NdFeB magnets by screen printing technology,and the grain boundary diffusion heat treatment was carried out.The magnetic properties,temperature stability,phase structure and microstructure of the diffused magnets were compared and analyzed.The results show that the intrinsic coercivity of the diffused magnets was increased by more than 4kOe,an increase of more than 35%,and the remanence was reduced by less than 0.3kGs,a decrease of less than 3%.The hightemperature coercivity of the diffused magnets were significantly improved,the high-temperature remanence,remanence temperature coefficient and coercivity temperature coefficient were basically unchanged,and the Curie temperature of the Pr_(80)Co_(20)diffused magnet was increased by 7.3℃.The diffusion source diffuses into the magnet along the grain boundary,which significantly increases the number of RE-rich phase in the grain boundary,effectively isolating the main phase grains.
