摘 要:以SRVS-300G真空炉为建模研究对象,利用Fluent分析软件,S2S辐射模型,对真空炉空炉保温状态温度场进行仿真分析,并将模拟结果与监测点实测数据对比,最大误差为2.56%。在此基础上,进一步研究负载状态下温度场分布,并对炉体结构进行优化设计。结果表明,SRVS-300G真空炉负载状态下中间部分工件温度偏低,靠近底座部分工件温度均匀性不如上部的工件,靠近炉内侧的工件温度略高于靠近炉口,越靠近中间的工件温度越低,靠近内部的工件温度略低于边上的工件,适当提高加热体宽度,可以提升加热均匀性。Taking the SRVS-300Gvacuum furnace as the modeling research object,Fluent analysis software and S2S radiation model were used to simulate and analyze the temperature field of the vacuum furnace insulation state.The simulation results were compared with the measured data at monitoring points,with a maximum error of 2.56%.On this basis,further research is conducted on the temperature field distribution under load conditions,and the furnace structure is optimized for design.The results showed that under the load state of the SRVS-300Gvacuum furnace,the temperature of the middle part of the workpiece was lower,and the temperature uniformity of workpieces closer to the base is worse than that of workpieces closer to the upper part.The temperature of the workpiece near the inner side of the furnace was slightly higher than that near the furnace mouth,and the temperature of the workpiece closer to the middle was lower.The temperature of the workpiece closer to the inner side was slightly lower than that of the workpiece on the edge.Appropriately increasing the width of the heating element can improve the heating uniformity.
