摘  要:稀土硅铁合金是铸造行业不可缺少的添加剂、变质剂及球化剂,产品用途广泛且产量巨大。目前稀土硅铁合金的制备方法有3种,其中碳热法具有稀土收率高、流程短、生产成本低等特点,是生产稀土硅铁的最重要方法;硅热法具有灵活高效的特点,主要应用于小批量定制及生产重稀土硅铁;熔配法则用来生产特定的低硅含量的稀土硅铁合金。就碳热法生产稀土硅铁合金方法及原理作重点阐述,对其现状进行总结,并从镧铈平衡再利用的角度提出了新的展望。Rare earth ferrosilicon alloy is an indispensable additive,metamorphic agent and nodularizing agent in the foundry industry,with widely application and huge output.At present,there are three preparation methods of rare earth ferrosilicon alloys,among which the carbon-thermal method is the most important production method for producing rare earth ferrosilicon with the characteristics of high rare earth yield,short process and low production cost.The silicon-thermal method is the main production method in small batch customization and heavy rare earth ferrosilicon due to its flexible and efficient characteristics.The fusion method is used to produce specific rare earth ferrosilicon alloys with low silicon content.In this paper,the method and principle of carbon-thermal production of rare earth ferrosilicon alloys are emphatically expounded,and the current situation is summarized.A new prospect is put forward from the view of lanthanum-cerium balanced reuse.
