摘 要:试验通过在纯H_(2)气氛及真空气氛下不同退火工艺处理,研究了对1J51坡莫合金超薄带磁性能的影响。试验结果表明:在H_(2)气氛下1100℃保温2h退火后,1J51合金获得极佳的磁性能(最大磁导率μ_(m)=231.8mH/m、矩形比B_(r)/B_(m)=0.97、磁感应强度B_(2000)=1.512T、矫顽力H_(c)=3.641A/m、比总损耗P_(1/400)=2.26W/kg);在相同的退火保温温度与保温时间下,H_(2)气氛退火比真空气氛退火后的磁性能更佳;在1100℃、2h热处理保温条件下,H_(2)气氛保护条件较真空气氛保护条件热处理的1J51合金,其最大磁导率μ_(m)提高36%,矫顽力H_(c)和比总损耗P_(1/400)显著降低,磁感应度略有提升;H_(2)热处理对1J51合金磁性能的主要贡献是降低矫顽力H_(c)和提高最大磁导率μ_(m),使合金的磁滞回线进一步变窄,获得了更大的矩形比,然而对最大磁感应强度B_(2000)的提升效果有限。The effects of annealing processes on magnetic properties of 1J51Permalloy ultra-thin strip were investigated by annealing in pure H_(2) atmosphere and vacuum atmosphere.The test results show that:After 2hannealing at 1100℃ in H_(2) atmosphere,1J51alloy obtained excellent magnetic properties(maximum permeability μ_(m)=231.8 mH/m,rectangle ratio B_(r)/B_(m)=0.97,magnetic induction intensity B_(2000)=1.512T,coercivity H_(c)=3.641A/m.Specific total loss P_(1/400)=2.26W/kg).Under the same annealing temperature and time,H_(2) atmosphere annealing has better magnetic properties than vacuum atmosphere annealing.Under 1100℃,2hheat treatment,H_(2)atmosphere protection condition is higher than vacuum atmosphere protection condition 1J51alloy,its maximum permeability μ_(m) is increased by 36%,coercivity H_(c) and specific total loss P_(1/400) are significantly reduced.Magnetic induction is slightly improved.The main contribution of H_(2)heat treatment to the magnetic properties of 1J51alloy is to reduce the coercivity H_(c) and increase the maximum permeabilityμm,so that the hysteresis loop of the alloy is further narrowed and a larger rectangular ratio is obtained.However,the effect of increasing the maximum magnetic induction intensity B_(2000)is limited.
