摘  要:半硬磁合金是一种具有介于软磁材料和永磁材料中间矫顽力特性的功能材料。对于特殊场景应用下的电气核心设备元件,其重要性日益凸显。对半硬磁合金的性能要求的不断提高,也推动了半硬磁合金在高性能和低成本方向的研发。研究新型半硬磁合金是市场环境中越来越迫切的需求。本文综述了不同类型的半硬磁合金,半硬磁合金的磁特性理论,发展半硬磁合金的趋势,以期为半硬磁合金的后续研究提供借鉴。Semi-hard magnetic alloy is a kind of functional material with medium magnetic hard properties,which is between soft magnetic and permanent magnetic.For the electrical core equipment components in special scenarios,its importance has become increasingly prominent.The continuous improvement of the performance requirements of semi-hard magnetic alloys has also promoted the development of semi-hard magnetic alloys in the direction of high performance and low cost.Research on new semi-hard magnetic alloys is an increasingly urgent demand in the market environment.This paper summarizes the different types of semi-hard magnetic alloys,the theory of magnetic properties of semi-hard magnetic alloys,and the trend of developing semi-hard magnetic alloys,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research of semi-hard magnetic alloys.
