摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是一种临床常见的脊柱退行性病变,谭涛根据多年的临床经验及体悟《黄帝内经》中“升降相因”理论,将“叶氏伤科推拿”与“津沽脏腑推拿”融会贯通,总结出通督降腑推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的推拿思路,临床疗效显著,为推拿治疗脊柱相关疾病提供了新思路。Lumbar disc herniation is a common degenerative disease of the spine in clinical practice.Professor Tan Tao,based on years of clinical experience and understanding of the theory of"interdependence of qi ascending and descending"in the Huangdi Neijing,integrates the"Ye's trauma massage"with the"Jingu zangfu massage",and summarizes a new idea of"Tongdu Jiangfu massage"to treat lumbar disc herniation.This method has remarkable effect and provides a new idea for the treatment of spinal related diseases with massage in the future.
