摘　　要：青黛、紫草、牛黄粉组成血毒方,是仝小林教授临床常用的除血毒、散瘀热、通神窍三味小方。仝小林教授认为,温热邪气致病,血瘀毒损,至危急重症阶段常出现血热毒蕴扰神。三药清热解毒,青黛偏清热凉血止血,紫草偏凉血解毒透疹,牛黄偏凉血定风醒神。临床常用剂量为青黛粉1.5~3 g,紫草9~30 g,牛黄粉0.15~0.3 g。青黛、紫草、牛黄粉三味小方用于急性呼吸道传染性疾病及血液肿瘤、紫癜等血液系统疾病危重阶段见血瘀毒损之证,当把握治疗时机,灵活加减,及时施治。Natural indigo,gromwell root and bezoar powder constitute the blood toxicity formula,a threeingredient prescription commonly used by Professor Tong Xiaolin in clinical practice to remove blood toxicity,dissipate blood stasis and heat,and refresh the mind.Professor Tong Xiaolin believes that some diseases are mainly caused by warm-heat and pathogenic qi,blood stasis and toxin damage,and in their critical and severe stage,blood heat and toxin amassment often disturb the spirit.The three medicines perform the activities of clearing heat and removing toxins,with natural indigo responsible for clearing heat,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,gromwell root for cooling blood,detoxifying and promoting rash eruption,and bezoar for cooling blood,calming the wind and refreshing the mind.The commonly used clinical dosages are 1.5-3 g of natural indigo powder,9-30 g of gromwell root,and 0.15-0.3 g of bezoar powder.When the three-ingredient prescription is used for acute respiratory infectious diseases,hematological tumors,purpura and other blood system diseases with the syndrome of blood stasis and toxin damage in the critical stage,it is imperative to grasp the treatment timing,to flexibly modify their dosages,and to conduct a timely treatment.
