国医大师王庆国临证运用仙鹤草经验

摘　　要：仙鹤草性苦、涩、平,具收敛止血,止痢截疟,解毒杀虫之功。仙鹤草临证使用可止血止咳,补气力,治劳伤,调心律。王庆国教授临证运用仙鹤草灵活,遵古而不泥古,不断扩展仙鹤草的临床应用范围。临证活用仙鹤草治疗各种出血、虚劳、贫血、眩晕耳鸣、咳嗽不止、心律失常等。常用量10~15 g,适病情可用60~100 g。Hairyvein agrimonia herb features a bitter,astringent,and flat nature,and has the activities to astringe,stop bleeding,stop dysentery and malaria,and detoxify and kill insects.It can be clinically used to stop bleeding,stop coughing,replenish qi and strength,treat strain,and regulate heart rhythm.Professor Wang Qingguo flexibly uses the herb in his clinical practice while follows ancient conventions as well,continuously expanding its clinical application scope.He treats various types of bleeding,fatigue,anemia,dizziness,tinnitus,persistent coughing,and arrhythmia,etc.,through the flexible application of hairyvein agrimonia herb in clinical practice.He usually uses the herb with a dosage for 10-15 grams,and increases it up to 60-100 grams according to specific conditions.
