摘　　要：目的探讨小柴胡汤加陈皮治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法选择咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿68例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组接受常规西医标准化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小柴胡汤加陈皮治疗。治疗4周后,评估2组临床疗效结果、咳嗽积分、气道炎症水平及不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效结果总有效率(94.12%,32/34)高于对照组(70.59%,24/34)(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周后、4周后日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小柴胡汤加陈皮可减轻咳嗽变异性哮喘患者咳嗽症状,改善气道炎症水平,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with dried tangerine peel in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 68 children with CVA were prospectively selected from our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received a standard treatment of conventional Western medicine,while those in the observation group received a treatment of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with dried tangerine peel on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,cough scores,airway inflammation levels and adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(94.12%,32/34)than that in the control group(70.59%,24/34)(P<0.05).The daytime cough symptom scores and nighttime cough symptom scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after one week and four weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The levels of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and eosinophils(EOS)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction combined with dried tangerine peel can alleviate cough symptoms and improve airway inflammation in patients with cough variant asthma,with significant therapeutic effects and higher safety.
