摘　　要：目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病痰浊内阻证患者的临床疗效。方法选择冠心病痰浊内阻证患者92例,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用抗血小板和他汀类药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标、心率变异性(HRV)、心肌损伤标志物水平以及炎症指标。结果观察组总有效率(89.13%,41/46)高于对照组(71.74%,33/46)(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组LVEF、CO、CI、SDANN、RMSSD水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),SDNN、MYO、cTnI、CRP、IL-6、THF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病痰浊内阻证患者,可提高患者心功能,减少心肌损伤,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of patients with the syndrome of internal blockade of turbid phlegm in coronary heart disease.Methods The study involved 92 patients with this syndrome treated at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.They were divided into two groups using the random digit allocation method,with 46 in the control group,who received a standard western medical treatment,and 46 in the observation group,who were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in addition to the standard treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,heart rate variability(HRV),myocardial injury biomarkers,and antioxidant indices were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was found to be 89.13%,which was higher than that observed in the control group(71.74%)(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of LVEF,CO,CI,SDANN,and RMSSD were all higher than those in the control group,while the levels of SDNN,MYO,cTnI,CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is observed that Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can significantly enhance cardiac performance and mitigate myocardial damage in patients suffering from coronary heart disease with the syndrome of internal blockade of turbid phlegm,indicating its potential for broader clinical application and dissemination.
