摘　　要：通过对中医经典文献、现代药理研究等成果的整理和汇总,结合中医临床及中药学等专业领域专业人员的临床经验及研究,经讨论认为枸杞子:功效为滋补肝肾,益精明目;症靶为眼睛干涩;标靶为低精子活力。目前,药理学研究发现枸杞子具有调节人体免疫、护肝、调脂、降糖、抗氧化、提高生殖能力、保护视功能等作用。本品无毒,但实热之证,脾虚湿蕴及腹泻者忌服,临床使用剂量为5~70 g,根据疾病类型及疾病的发展阶段辨证用药,并积极探究、构建枸杞子用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系。Through the collation and summary of traditional Chinese medicine literature,modern pharmacological research and other achievements,combined with the clinical experience and research of professionals in traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacy and other professional fields,it is concluded that barbary wolfberry fruit mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve nourishing the liver and kidneys,benefiting the essence and brightening the eyes.Its symptom target is dry eyes while its biochemical indicator target is low sperm motility.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that barbary wolfberry fruit can regulate immune function,protect the liver,regulate blood lipids,lower blood glucose,resist oxidation,improve reproductive ability,and protect visual function.The herb is non-toxic,but should not be taken by patients with an excessive heat syndrome,a syndrome of dampness accumulation due to spleen deficiency,and with diarrhea.Its clinical dosage range is from 5 to 70 g,depending on different diseases or different stages of the same disease.It is advised that the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom target and biochemical indicator target should be actively explored and constructed.
