王家岭矿18109工作面综放设备回撤技术研究

摘　　要：综放工作面设备多、吨位及体积大,实现综放设备快速回撤对提高下煤炭生产效率有显著促进意义。为此,以王家岭矿18109工作面综放设备配备情况以及矿井生产安排,提出采用WC25EJ铲板车、WC55Y型支架搬运车等设备实现综放设备机械化回撤,并分析综放设备回撤技术进行分析,给出综放设备回撤路线、拆卸及运输方法等。现场应用后,18109工作面综放设备得以安全高效回撤,为18109采空区及时密闭以及邻近的18111工作面早日回采创造了良好条件。There are many pieces of equipment in the fully-mechanized caving working face,and they are heavy and large in size.Rapid recovery of fully-mechanized caving equipment has significant promoting significance for improving coal production efficiency.To this end,according to the equipment configuration of the 18109 working face in Wangjialing mine and the production arrangement of the mine,it is proposed to use WC25EJ scoop car,WC55Y type support mover and other equipment to realize the mechanized recovery of fully-mechanized caving equipment.The technical analysis of the recovery of fully-mechanized caving equipment is carried out,and the recovery route,dismantling and transportation methods of fully-mechanized caving equipment are given.After on-site application,the fully-mechanized caving equipment of the 18109 working face was safely and efficiently recovered,which created favorable conditions for the timely sealing of the 18109 gob area and the early recovery of the nearby 18111 working face.
