新型深孔爆破囊袋式注浆封孔工艺及材料研究

摘　　要：针对深孔爆破过程中传统堵塞材料封孔质量差且容易“冲孔”以及效率低下等问题,选用囊袋式结构作为新型炮孔堵塞材料,研制出具备高效、安全、环保的封孔材料和工艺。通过试验室材料试验配比的方法,确定封孔材料的最终配比及性能参数。试验结果表明:无机材料水灰质量比确定为0.8∶1,当水灰质量比为0.8∶1时,30 min强度达5.9 MPa, 1 h抗压强度达7.6 MPa,满足井下封孔材料强度要求。现场爆破结果表明:单个炮孔封孔仅用时3~5 min,加上装药等流程,封堵3个炮孔总共耗时约2.5 h,一次起爆3个孔仅需3 h,使爆破效率提高,爆破后顶板完整,爆破效果良好。In view of the poor plugging quality and easy"flushing"of traditional plugging materials during deep-hole blasting,as well as the low efficiency,a new type of borehole plugging material with a bag-type structure was selected to develop efficient,safe,and environmentally friendly plugging materials and plugging technology.The final mix ratio and performance parameters of the plugging materials were determined by laboratory material testing and mixing methods.The test results show that the water-cement ratio of inorganic materials is determined to be 0.8∶1.When the water-cement ratio is 0.8∶1,the 30 minutes strength reaches 5.9 MPa,and the 1 hour compressive strength reaches 7.6 MPa,meeting the strength requirements of underground plugging materials.The on-site blasting results show that it only takes 3~5 minutes to plug a single borehole.Including the processes of loading explosives,etc.,it takes about 2.5 hours to plug 3 boreholes,and it only needs 3 hours to blast 3 holes at once,which improves the blasting efficiency.The roof remains intact after blasting,and the blasting effect is good.
