摘 要:精确识别矿岩可爆性等级有助于优化爆破设计、改善爆破效果。通过室内岩石物理力学实验、现场岩体声波测试,选取元宝山露天矿岩密度、抗拉强度、抗压强度、纵波速度、波阻抗作为矿岩可爆性分级指标。采用综合赋权确定各指标权重,提出基于综合赋权的矿岩可爆性分级识别模型。结果表明:元宝山露天矿各分级指标隶属度对可爆性等级“Ⅰ”最大,表明各矿岩均属于极易爆岩体;同时建立基于可爆性分级识别的炸药单耗预测模型,得到了元宝山露天矿各类矿岩体的单耗:煤为0.15 kg/m^(3),白砂岩为0.21 kg/m^(3),泥岩为0.19 kg/m^(3),灰砂泥岩为0.21 kg/m^(3).可为后续类似工况爆破设计提供理论指导,对改善爆破效果具有重要意义。Accurate identification of mine and rock blasting degree is helpful to optimize blasting design and improve blasting effect.Through indoor rock physics and mechanics experiments and field rock mass acoustic wave testing,the rock density,tensile strength,compressive strength,longitudinal wave velocity wave impedance of the Yuanbaoshan open-pit mine are selected as the grading indicators of the rock burst proneness.The index weights are determined by comprehensive weighting,and the classification recognition model of mine and rock explosibility based on comprehensive weighting is proposed.The results show that the membership degree of each classification index of Yuanbaoshan open-pit mine is the largest to the explosive rank"I",which indicates that each mine rock belongs to the extremely explosive rock mass,the unit consumption of various ore bodies in Yuanbaoshan open-pit mine is obtained as follows:coal 0.15 kg/m^(3),white sandstone 0.21 kg/m^(3),mudstone 0.19 kg/m^(3),lime sand mudstone 0.21 kg/m^(3).It can provide theoretical guidance for blasting design under similar conditions,and has important significance for improving blasting effect.
