摘 要:为提高综放工作面末采效率及安全保障能力,以王家岭矿18109工作面为研究对象,结合现场条件及开采设备布置等给出末采技术方案及顶板管理措施。18109工作面在末采期间采用铺设柔性网、锚索(中空注浆锚索)等方式有效维护了末采期间顶板稳定;同时通过采煤机截割回撤通道方式避免了预掘回撤通道存在的支护难度大、围岩变形严重等问题。现场应用后,王家岭矿18109末采阶段顶板、煤壁及回撤通道等始终保持稳定,保持2.4 m/d的推进速度,为采面安全高效回采奠定了良好基础。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of the final mining stage in the fully mechanized caving face,the 18109 face in the Wangjialing mine was taken as the research object,and the final mining technical scheme and roof management measures were put forward in combination with the site conditions and the arrangement of mining equipment.During the final mining period,the 18109 face adopted flexible net and anchor cable(hollow grouting anchor cable)to effectively maintain the stability of the roof during the final mining period;at the same time,by using the coal cutting machine to cut the withdrawal passage,it avoided the difficulties in supporting and serious deformation of the surrounding rock that existed in the pre-dug withdrawal passage.After on-site application,the roof,coal wall,and withdrawal passage of the 18109 final mining stage in the Wangjialing mine remained stable,maintaining an advancement speed of 2.4 m/d,which laid a good foundation for the safe and efficient recovery of the mining face.
