高河煤矿W3306胶带巷掘进过Xw53陷落柱探查治理技术  

Technique for Probing and Managing the Xw53 Subsidence Pillar during the Excavation of the W3306 Belt Road in the Gaohe Coal Mine

摘  要:高河煤矿W3306胶带巷开口前里程686 m处存在Xw53陷落柱,该陷落柱北部奥陶下100 m局部富水。通过在W3306胶带巷运用钻探、物探查明了Xw53陷落柱发育及含水情况,施工探查孔21个,钻孔平均出水量10 m~3/h,封孔注浆用水泥60 t,通过运用注浆加固措施,对该陷落柱进行了治理,施工注浆孔21个,水泥用1 200 t,最后采用物探和施工检查孔的方式对注浆治理效果进行了综合评价,注浆加固达到了预期效果,使W3306胶带巷顺利安全掘进通过Xw53陷落柱,为掘进巷道安全过导水陷落柱提供了宝贵经验,希望该探查治理技术可以得到推广应用。There is an Xw53 collapse column at 686 m ahead of the opening of the W3306 belt road in the Gaohe coal mine,and the northern part of the ordovician system is locally water-rich at a depth of 100 m.Drilling and geophysical exploration were carried out in the W3306 belt road to investigate the development and water content of the Xw53 collapse column.21 exploration holes were constructed,with an average water output of 10 m 3/h.60 tons of cement were used for sealing and grouting.By using grouting reinforcement measures,the collapse column was treated,with 21 grouting holes constructed and 1,200 tons of cement used.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the grouting treatment effect was conducted by using geophysical exploration and construction inspection holes.The grouting reinforcement reached the expected effect,allowing the W3306 belt road to smoothly and safely pass through the Xw53 collapse column.This provided valuable experience for the safe passage of excavation roads through water-conducting collapse columns,and it is hoped that this exploration and treatment technology can be promoted and applied.
