摘 要:软基条件下风机吊装平台主吊站位的地基处理方案直接影响风电项目施工安全、建设成本与项目工期,本文针对江汉平原地区大厚度淤泥软土地基地质特点,提出一种毛石换填+密铺钢排+路基钢板的组合地基处理方案,通过理论计算与工程实践,验证了该组合方案的安全可靠性、技术经济性及施工便利性;并指出分层总和法计算地基沉降未考虑风机吊装特点和平台回填工序影响,采用斯肯普顿—比伦法计算瞬时沉降更符合实际情况。为工程实践提供可靠的理论支撑及实施经验,具有良好的经济社会效益和指导意义。The ground treatment plan for the main lifting station of the wind turbine lifting platform under soft foundation conditions directly affects the construction safety,construction cost,and project schedule of wind power projects.This article proposes a combined ground treatment plan of rubble replacement,dense laying of steel rows,and roadbed steel plates.Through theoretical calculations and engineering practice,the safety,reliability,technical economy,and construction convenience of this combination scheme have been verified.And it is pointed out that the layered summation method for calculating foundation settlement does not consider the characteristics of wind turbine hoisting and the impact of platform back-filling process,and using the Skempton-Billon method to calculate instantaneous settlement is more in line with the actual situation.It provides reliable theoretical support and implementation experience for engineering practice,and has good economic and social benefits and guiding significance.
