摘  要:通过对Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢进行激光填丝焊和MAG焊对接工艺试验,研究了两种焊接方法下焊接接头微观组织及力学性能,并对拉伸试件断口进行扫描分析。研究表明,激光填丝焊和MAG焊接头焊缝区微观组织以粒状贝氏体为基体,伴有先共析铁素体及少量的珠光体。两种焊接方法的接头显微硬度从焊缝到母材整体呈下降趋势,激光填丝焊接头热影响区宽度较窄,熔合线是硬度最高位置,其硬化区平均硬度整体高于MAG焊接头同区域。两种焊接方法下试件弯曲性能良好,拉伸试件断裂位置均在母材,激光填丝焊接头具有更高的强度承载。拉伸断口扫描发现,断口均呈现典型的微孔聚集型韧性断裂特征。Through the experimental study of laser welding with wire feeding and MAG welding butt joint processes for Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints under the two welding methods were investigated,and the tensile fracture surfaces were scanned and analyzed.The research indicates that the microstructure of the weld zone in both laser welding with wire feeding and MAG welding joints is based on granular bainite,accompanied by proeutectoid ferrite and a small amount of pearlite.The microhardness of the joints from the weld to the base metal shows an overall decreasing trend for both welding methods.The laser welding with wire feeding joint has a narrower heat-affected zone,and the fusion line is the position with the highest hardness,with its hardened area’s average hardness overall higher than that of the MAG welding joint in the same region.The bending performance of the specimens is good under both welding methods,and the tensile fracture positions are all in the base metal,with the laser welding with wire feeding joint having a higher strength bearing capacity.The scanning of the tensile fracture surfaces reveals that the fractures all exhibit typical characteristics of ductile fracture with microvoid coalescence.
