摘  要:泵房流道吸水池长度直接影响水泵的运行效率和工程设计的经济性。针对现有规范建议的侧面进水旋转滤网后吸水池长度取值范围宽泛问题,试验观测了两种典型侧面进水滤网的吸水池流态,分析了吸水池长度对水泵进流特性的影响,提出了缩短吸水池长度的均流消涡措施。结果表明,“外进内出”型旋转滤网出口水流平稳扩散,吸水池长度为7.5 D可以满足水泵较好的进流条件,而“内进外出”型旋转滤网受两侧出口脱流漩涡区的影响,吸水池长度需增加为9.0 D以使水流调整扩散均匀,采用墩墙联合均流消涡措施可进一步优化吸水池长度。研究成果可为泵站工程的优化设计和安全运行提供参考。The pump sump length directly affects pump efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the pump station project.However,the reasonable lengths were not specified for the pump sumps downstream of dual and center flow traveling band screens in current technical standards.In this paper,physical model tests were conducted to investigate the flow characteristics in pump sumps for two types of traveling band screens,and the influences of the pump sump length on pump inlet characteristics were analyzed.Then,a set of uniform flow and vortex prevention measures were presented to reduce the pump sump length.The results indicate that the outflow from dual flow traveling band screens is steady and diffused,allowing a pump sump of 7.5 D length to meet the pump’s input requirements.However,the outflow from center flow traveling band screens is affected by the vortex on both sides of the outlet.In order to completely regulate and uniformly disperse the outflow,a pump sump of 9.0 D length are needed.Furthermore,a set of uniform flow and vortex prevention measures,consisting of a curtain wall and a flow distributor,are presented to shorten the pump sump.The aforementioned findings can be used as a scientific reference for the optimal design and safe operation of pump stations.
