护理人文关怀标准化建设的思考

摘　　要：人文关怀在护理专业中的重要性不言而喻。国家卫生行政部门出台系列文件,提出强化护理人文关怀。标准化建设是提升或强化护理人文关怀的重要途径。随着护理人文关怀相关团体标准的发布及应用,我国护理人文关怀标准化建设迈出了实质性的一步,但还有更多工作要开展,包括但不限于构建护理人文关怀标准体系,提高标准的质量,加强标准的应用,做好标准的统筹乃至标准国际化工作,以此达到高质量标准推动护理高质量发展的目的。The importance of humanistic caring in the nursing profession is self-evident.National health administrative departments have issued a series of documents,proposing to strengthen humanistic care in nursing.Standardization is an important approach to enhance humanistic caring.Humanistic caring standardization construction in nursing has taken a step forward in China,but there is still a need to establish standard system,ensure the quality of standards,enhance the application of standards,and do a good job in the coordination and even internationalization of standards,in an effort to promote high-quality development in nursing.
