摘  要:针对1900 mm板坯连铸机投产初期超低碳钢废次降率较高的问题,通过调整浸入式水口插入深度、拉速和氩气流量,优化保护渣性能、浸入式水口和大包长水口结构,并采取中间包氩气吹扫和板坯修磨等多种措施后,夹渣率得到显著改善,连铸机废次降率由1.50%减至0.43%,既降低了生产成本,又为后续生产提供了宝贵的实践经验。Focusing on the problem of high waste reduction rate of ultra-low carbon steel in the initial production stage of 1900 mm slab continuous casting machine,the slag inclusion rate is significantly improved by adjusting the insertion depth of submerged entry nozzle,withdrawal speed and argon flow rate,optimizing the mold powder performance,the structure of the submerged entry nozzle and the long nozzle of the ladle,and adopting various measures such as argon purging of the tundish and slab grinding.The waste reduction rate of continuous casting machine decreases from 1.50%to 0.43%,which not only reduces the production cost,but also provides valuable practical experience for the subsequent production.
