摘 要:随着关节镜技术的发展,膝关节前交叉韧带重建术(anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,ACLR)已较成熟,但仍存在术后残余不稳等问题,许多外科医师尝试从前外侧结构中寻找方案,膝关节前外侧复合体(anterolateral com⁃plex,ALC)解剖结构复杂,其中前外侧韧带(anterolateral ligament,ALL)研究较多,目前对其形态、功能、重建等研究已有了较大进步。MRI作为评价ALL的重要手段,也成为研究热点,目前对ALL的MRI评估尚存在观点差异,但通过成像技术改进、实体探查参照,MRI的诊断能力也在不断提升。本文试从MRI对ALL的成像技术及影像评估等方面梳理其研究进展。With the development of arthroscopic technology,anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR)of the knee has become more mature,but there are still problems such as postoperative residual instability,and many surgeons have tried to find a solution from the anterolateral structures.The anatomical structure of the anterolateral complex(ALC)of the knee is complex,among which anterolateral ligament(ALL)has been studied more,and the research on its morphology,function and reconstruction has been greatly improved.MR,as an important means of evaluating ALL,has also become a hot spot of research.At present,there is still a difference of opinion in the MR evaluation of ALL,but the diagnostic ability of MR is also improving through the improvement of imaging technology and the reference of entity exploration.In this article,we try to review the research progress of MR in terms of imaging technology and image evaluation of ALL.
