中和医派益肾振阳汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗尿毒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中和医派益肾振阳汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗尿毒症的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将100例尿毒症患者分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组予以连续性肾脏替代疗法,试验组加用中和医派益肾振阳汤。2组均治疗3个月,比较2组治疗前后血磷、血钙水平,血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、尿酸(UA)、24 h尿蛋白,中医证候积分。结果治疗后,2组Scr、BUN、UA、β_(2)-MG、24 h尿蛋白均降低(P<0.05),且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血钙均升高(P<0.05),血磷均降低(P<0.05),试验组血钙高于对照组(P<0.05),血磷低于对照组(P<0.05);2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中和医派益肾振阳汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗尿毒症可调节钙磷代谢水平,改善肾功能和临床症状,缓解病情。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Zhenyang decoction of Zhonghe medical school combined with continuous renal replacement therapy in the treatment of uremia.Methods A total of 100 cases of uremia patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given continuous renal replacement therapy,and the experimental group added Yishen Zhenyang decoction of Zhonghe medical school.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Blood phosphorus,blood calcium levels,blood creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),β_(2)-microglobulin(β,-MG),uric acid(UA),24 h urinary protein and TCM syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,Scr,BUN,UA,β_(2)-MG and 24 h urinary protein were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and those in test groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum calcium was increased in both groups(P<0.05),and serum phosphorus was decreased(P<0.05).Serum calcium in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and serum phosphorus was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhenyang decoction of Zhonghe medical school combined with continuous renal replacement therapy can regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels,improve renal function and clinical symptoms,and alleviate the condition of uremia.
