摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种全身性免疫性疾病,严重影响患者健康及生活质量。该病以关节肿胀为重要诊断标准,当属“热毒肿节”范畴。付滨教授指出肝肾亏虚,热毒蕴结,瘀血与类风湿关节炎发病密不可分。遣方用药崇尚“和”法。治疗上重视阴阳平衡、攻补兼施、寒温并用、动静结合、调和气血、顾护脾胃,“先安未受邪之地”以治未病,可达到机体稳态。Rheumatoid arthritis is a kind of systemic immune disease,which is seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients..Rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by peripheral joints swelling,which is characterized by peripheral joints swelling,should belong to"heat poison swollen joints".Professor Fu Bin pointed out that deficiency of liver and kidney,heat toxin accumulation knot and blood stasis are closely related with rheumatoid arthritis.He lays emphasis on harmonization in prescription and medicine.The treatments emphasize the balance of yin and yang,combination of tonification and purgation,combination of cold and warm,combination of activity and inertia,regulation of qi and blood,taking care of spleen and stomach,securing the unspoiled land first,which aims to achieve body homeostasis.
