摘 要:猪苓汤是东汉张仲景《伤寒论》中的经典名方,是《金匮要略》脏腑辨证的代表方剂,临床中常用来治疗肾系疾病,在治疗消化系统疾病中的文献报道较少。此文总结了魏孟玲教授灵活运用猪苓汤治疗消化系统疾病的临证经验,认为其关键在于抓住水饮、阴虚、兼有热象3个因素,注重舌脉,善抓兼证,辨证施治,治病求本,并结合医案,探讨猪苓汤的方证特点。Zhuling decoction is a classic prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing of the Eastern Han Dynasty,and is a representative prescription of Synopsis of Golden Chamber for the identification of internal organs,which is commonly used in clinical practice to treat renal diseases,with fewer literature reports in the treatment of digestive system diseases.This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Wei Mengling in the treatment of digestive diseases with the flexible use of Zhuling decoction.It is believed that the key lies in grasping the three factors of water-drinking,yin deficiency,and concomitant heat phenomenon,focusing on the tongue and pulse,catching the secondary evidence,identifying and applying treatments,and seeking the root cause of the disease,as well as combining with the medical cases to discuss the characteristics of the formula of Zhuling decoction.
