摘　　要：小儿慢乳蛾,即儿童慢性扁桃体炎,是儿科的常见病之一,其发病可能与反复呼吸道感染有关,若迁延不愈,甚至可发展成睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等严重疾病。袁斌教授考据古训,结合众师之长,认为儿童慢性扁桃体炎的病机关键在于伏邪宿根。自拟扶正消扁方,发作期以祛痰散结,活血祛瘀为主,兼顾扶正;缓解期以补脾益肺,扶正消肿为主,重在改善患儿体质,临床疗效显著。Chronic nippled moth in children is one of the common diseases in pediatrics,which is equivalent to Western medicine chronic tonsillitis,and its onset may be related to repeated respiratory infections.Professor Yuan Bin,based on ancient teachings and combining the strengths of various masters,believes that the key to the pathogenesis of this disease is the hidden evil and chronic inflammation.Professor Yuan has formulated an herbal remedy with clinical efficacy,which focuses on removing phlegm and dissipating lumps,promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis during the acute phase,while also considering the reinforcement of the body's vital energy.During the remission phase,the treatment focuses on supplementing the spleen and lungs,reinforcing the vital energy and eliminating swelling,with an emphasis on improving the child's constitution.The clinical efficacy of this approach has been remarkable.
