摘　　要：目的研究改良杉树皮夹板对Colles骨折的近、中期疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2022年6月山东省文登整骨医院收治的Colles骨折患者80例,分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组行改良杉树皮夹板固定,对照组传统杉树皮夹板固定。比较2组患者治疗前后疗效指标及愈合情况。结果治疗后2周,试验组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月,试验组的腕关节活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良杉树皮夹板治疗Colles骨折的效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficacy of improved fir bark splint on Colles fracture in the near and middle term effect.Methods A total of 80 patients with Colles fracture admitted to Wendeng Osteopath Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each.The experimental group was fixed with modified Chinese fir bark splint,and the control group was fixed with traditional Chinese fir bark splint.The curative effect indexes and healing status of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment two weeks,the VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wrist joint motion of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at 2 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved fir bark splint in the treatment of Colles fracture is good effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
