摘　　要：目的观察和血明目片治疗新生血管性青光眼前房积血的临床效果。方法将62例需要植入Ahmed引流阀的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各31例,2组患者均常规实施Ahmed引流阀植入手术治疗,试验组术前及术后服用和血明目片。比较2组患者术后前房积血出现的例数,前房积血的程度及前房积血完全吸收所需的时间。结果试验组术后出现前房积血占比较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组前房积血完全吸收的平均时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和血明目片治疗新生血管性青光眼前房积血疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Hexue Mingmu tablets in the treatment of anterior chamber hemorrhage after the Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve(AGV)implantation.Methods A total of 62 patients who needed to be implanted with AGV were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups received with AGV implantation surgery.The experimental group was given oral Hexue Mingmu tablets before and after operation.The cases of anterior chamber hemorrhage after AGV operation,the degree of anterior chamber hemorrhage and the time required for completely absorption of anterior chamber hemorrhage were compared.Results The proportion of anterior chamber hemorrhage in the experimental group was slightly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared the average time of completely absorption of anterior chamber hemorrhage between the two groups,the experimental group was shorter,statistically differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmutablets is effectiveintreatment of anterior chamber hemorrhage after AGV implantation.
