摘　　要：目的观察阿是穴斜刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法选取第三腰椎横突综合征患者106例,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用阿是穴斜刺法治疗,于治疗后即刻、治疗2周后比较2组患者的VAS评分、改良下腰痛评分量表(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)的变化。结果治疗后即刻、治疗2周后,2组VAS评分、ODI指数较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),JOA评分均上升(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组VAS评分、ODI指数均显著降低(P<0.05),JOA评分显著上升(P<0.05)。结论阿是穴斜刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征可有效改善患者疼痛和功能障碍,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oblique needling at Ashi point in the treatment of third lumbar vertebral transverse process syndrome.Methods A total of 106 patients with third lumbar vertebral transverse process were divided into control group and observation group according by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with oblique needling at Ashi point.The changes in observing pain visual simulation scores for observation of VAS,JOA,and ODI immediately after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment was compared.Results Immediately after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,VAS score and ODI index of both groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),JOA score was increased(P<0.05),and VAS score and ODI index of observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05),JOA score increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The oblique needling at Ashi point can effectively improve the pain and functions of the third lumbar spine horizontal processing syndrome,and improve the ability of daily life activities.
