颈八针联合悬灸百会对气血亏虚型颈性眩晕影响

摘　　要：目的观察颈八针联合悬灸百会治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例气血亏虚型颈性眩晕患者利用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用颈八针联合悬灸百会治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。10 d后,对比2组总体疗效、ESCV临床症状评分情况及中医证候评分情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ESCV总评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论颈八针联合悬灸百会治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕在总有效率、临床症状的改善及中医证候的改善情况上较常规针刺更优,值得临床推广及使用。Objective To observe on the clinical efficacy of"Jingbazhen"combined with suspended moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)in the treatment of cervical vertigo(CV)of qi and blood deficiency type.MethodsA total of 60 patients belonging to CV of qi and blood deficiency type were classified into 2 groups utilizing the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was given treated by"Jingbazhen"combined with suspended moxibustion at Baihui(DU20),and the control group was given routine acupuncture.At the end of 1 course of treatment,the 2 groups of patients were compared in terms of total therapeutic efficacy,ESCV clinical symptom scores and TCM symptom scores.Results After treatment,the total clinical ffective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group after treatment was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total ESCV score in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of"Jingbazhen"combined with suspended moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)in the treatment of CV of qi and blood deficiency type is better than that of routine acupuncture in total effective rate,improvement of clinical symptoms and improvement of TCM symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
