摘  要:目的探讨巨刺结合肌肉能量技术治疗足跟痛的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法符合入选标准的足跟痛患者60例,随机分成2组,各30例。对照组常规针刺治疗,试验组予巨刺大陵穴结合肌肉能量技术,每2 d治疗1次,6次1个疗程。评估患者总有效率与痊愈率、首次治疗前后以及6次治疗后的VAS评分和踝-后足评分(AOFAS)。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的VAS评分降低程度,AOFAS评分提高程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巨刺大陵配合肌肉能量技术疗法治疗足跟痛,能明显减轻足跟疼痛,提高足部的生理功能,降低髂胫束的硬度,具备临床广泛应用的价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of contralateral meridian needling combined with muscle energy techniques in the treatment of painful heel syndrome(PHS),with a view to providing a basis for clinical treatment.Methods Sixty patients with PHS who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated once every 2 d,6 times and 1 course of treatment with muscle energy technology.Overall response rate and recovery rate,VAS score and ankle-posterior foot score(AOFAS)were evaluated before and after the first treatment and after 6 treatments.Results The clinical efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score decreased and AOFAS score increased in experimental group after treatment were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contralateral meridian needling combined with muscle energy techniques can significantly reduce heel pain,improve the physiological function of the foot,and reduce the stiffness of the iliotibial bundle,which has the value of being widely used in clinical practice.
