雷火灸联合补中益气汤治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸联合加味补中益气汤治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月信丰县妇幼保健院妇产科收治的气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者82例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用雷火灸联合加味补中益气汤治疗,治疗7 d后,比较2组疗效、中医证候积分及子宫三径之和、血清相关因子。结果治疗后,2组患者的血清D-D、hs-CRP、VEGF、TGF-β1水平以及中医证候积分、子宫三径之和均降低(P<0.05),且联合组均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合加味补中益气汤可有效治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on postpartum lochiorrhea of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 82 postpartum lochia continuous patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Xinfeng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group was treated with thunder fire combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of control group.After 7 days of treatment,the efficacy,TCM syndrome score,the sum of three diametries of uterus and serum related factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum D-D,hs-CRP,VEGF,TCF-β,,TCM syndrome score and uterine diameter in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of postpartum lochia,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
