中和止痛如神汤熏洗联合95%乙醇湿敷在产后痔疮的应用

摘　　要：探讨中和止痛如神汤熏洗联合95%乙醇湿敷在产后痔疮中的应用效果。方法以信封法将76例产后痔疮患者分为对照组、观察组,各38例,对照组给予95%乙醇湿敷,观察组给予中和止痛如神汤熏洗联合95%乙醇湿敷,对比2组患者疼痛评分、痔疮直径、痔疮水肿评分和康复进程。结果干预后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痔疮直径、痔疮水肿评分小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、水肿和脱出物消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论中和止痛如神汤熏洗联合95%乙醇湿敷在产后痔疮中的应用效果较好,可减轻疼痛,改善痔疮水肿,促进脱出物消失,利于康复,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of application of Zhonghe Zhitong Rushen decoction fumigation and washing combined with 95%ethanol wet compress in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy-six patients with postpartum hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the observation group by the envelope method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given 95% ethanol wet compress,while the observation group was given Zhonghe Zhitong Rushen decoction fumigation and washing combined with 95% ethanol wet compress.The pain score,hemorrhoid diameter,hemorrhoid edema score and rehabilitation process were compared and analyzed between the two groups.ResultsAfter nursing,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The hemorrhoids diameter and the hemorrhoid edema score in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pain,edema and prolapse in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhonghe ZhitongRushen decoction fumigation and washing combined with 95% ethanol wet compress has better application effect in postpartum hemorrhoids nursing,it can relieve pain,improve hemorrhoid edema,promote prolapse disappearance,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients,and has high clinical applicationvalue.
