地黄洗剂联合卡泊三醇搽剂治疗头皮银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察地黄洗剂联合卡泊三醇搽剂治疗头皮银屑病的临床疗效。方法将60例头皮银屑病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组每日清水洗头后外用卡泊三醇搽剂;治疗组每日地黄洗剂洗头后外用卡泊三醇搽剂。治疗前后分别对2组进行银屑病皮损面积、严重性指数(PSSI)评分及临床疗效比较。结果治疗组患者临床愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后PSSI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地黄洗剂联合卡泊三醇搽剂治疗头皮银屑病能显著提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dihuang lotion combined with carpotriol liniment on scalp psoriasis.MethodSsSixty scalp psoriasis patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with washing the hair with warm water once a day and calcipotriol liniment,and the treatment group was treated with washing the hair with Dihuang lotion once a day and calcipotriol liniment.Psoriasis lesion area,severity index(PSSI)score and clinical efficacy were measured before and after treatment.Results The clinical recovery rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).PSSI scores in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dihuang lotion combined with carbotripol liniment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of scalp psoriasis.
