健脾益气化瘀通络法治疗小儿紫癜浅析

摘　　要：紫癜在中医归属于“紫斑、血证、发斑”等范畴,是临床较为常见的一种小儿出血性疾病,常见于学龄期儿童,常常反复发作,可引发多脏器损害。该病的病位在肾脏,与脾、胃、肺等三脏密切相关。此文介绍徐金星主任医师运用健脾益气、化瘀通络法治疗紫癜的医案1则,并阐述其遣方用药思路,以供同道临床用药参考。In traditional Chinese medicine literature,purpura belongs to the categories of"blood syndrome"and"pathological changes".It is a common pediatric hemorrhagic disease in clinical practice,commonly found in school-age children and often recurrent.This disease is located in the kidneys and is closely related to the spleen,stomach,and lungs.This article introduced two cases of treating purpura using Chief physician Xu Jinxing's clinical experience over the years,summarizing the theoretical basis of using the methods of invigorating the spleen,tonifying qi,resolving blood stasis,and unblocking collaterals,as well as the combination of modified prescriptions.The article also elaborated on the train of thought for the use of prescriptions and medication,in order to provide reference for clinical use in the same field.
