从肝风论治眼睑痉挛探析

摘　　要：眼睑痉挛即眼周围的肌肉不自主地抽搐,眨眼次数增多,并伴有眼睑下垂和眼睑无力,由于病因复杂,病程缠绵难愈,故临床治疗效果不佳,对患者的身心健康产生不利的影响。西医治疗此病多以对症治疗为主,但患者需长期服药,不良反应大且价格昂贵。中医认为此病属“脾轮阵跳、目睛瞬动”的范畴,与“内风”的病变特点相符,是由各种致病因素导致肝阴阳内乱、气血失调,肝木失其条达,动而为风,治疗以补肝阴、平肝阳、清肝热、息肝风为主。此文结合眼睑痉挛的病因病机,从肝风内动的角度辨证论治,在临床上取得了良好疗效,希望能为临床诊治眼睑痉挛提供思路。Blepharospasm,involuntary twitching of the muscles around the eyes,increased blinking,accompanied by eyelid ptosis and eyelid weakness,is not effective in clinical treatment due to its complex etiology and lingering course,which adversely affects the physical and mental health of patients.Western medicine treats this disease with symptomatic treatment,but patients need to take medication for a long time,with big side effects and expensive price.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease belongs to the category of"spleen beating"and"eye movement",which is in line with the pathology of"internal wind",due to various pathogenic factors leading to liver yin and yang disorder,qi and blood imbalance,loss of liver wood,and movement of liver wood,which leads to the loss of its organization.It is due to various pathogenic factors that lead to internal disorder of liver yin and yang,imbalance of qi and blood,loss of liver and wood,and movement of wind.The treatment is based on tonifying liver yin,leveling liver yang,clearing liver heat,resting liver wind.This article combined the etiology and pathogenesis of blepharospasm,and recognized and treated it from the perspective of the internal movement of liver wind,which has achieved good therapeutic effect in the clinic,and hopefully it can provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of blepharospasm.
