摘　　要：中国是老龄人口最多的国家之一,近年来,阿尔茨海默病发病率持续增长。其基本病机是肾脏虚损、痰浊蔽阻脑络。老年患者,肾脏虚损,肾中精气不足,生髓无源,脑髓空虚,则智能、思维失常,肾虚无以制水,痰浊上泛,蔽阻清窍,以致神机失用、错乱。临床表现为认知功能障碍、记忆力下降等。针对阿尔茨海默病的病机,江建锋教授临证以补肾填精、化痰开窍为基本治法,运用地黄饮子治疗,每获良效。现附验案1例,以资佐证。China is one of the countries with the largest elderly population,and the incidence of Alzheimer's disease has continued to increase in recent years.Its basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and phlegm blocking the brain collaterals.Elderly patients with kidney deficiency,insufficient essence and energy in the kidneys,no source of marrow production,and empty brain marrow,will have abnormal intelligence and thinking.Kidney deficiency will not be able to control water,and the phlegm will spread,blocking the clearing of the orifices,resulting in ineffectiveness and confusion of the mind.Clinical manifestations include cognitive dysfunction,memory decline,etc.In view of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease,Professor Jiang Jianfeng uses the basic treatment methods of tonifying the kidneys,resolving phlegm and resuscitating the disease,and uses Dihuang drink to treat the disease,with good results every time.Here is a case study to provideevidence.
