大承气汤辨治痔术后阳明腑实证便秘验案

摘　　要：便秘是痔术后常见的症状之一,痔术后出现便秘不仅会增加患者疼痛感,同时也会加重创面感染、水肿的概率,不利于术后伤口恢复,致使创面延迟愈合,未能达到预期手术效果。阳明腑实证便秘在临床上较为常见,其病因病机复杂,大承气汤的运用在临床上取得良好效果。此文旨在介绍大承气汤加减辨治痔术后阳明腑实证便秘验案,以供参考。Constipation is one of the common symptoms after hemorrhoids surgery.Constipation after hemorrhoids surgery will not only increase the pain of patients,but also increase the chance of wound infection and edema,which is not conducive to postoperative wound recovery,resulting in delayed wound healing and failure to achieve the expected surgical effect.Yangming fu-viscera excess syndrome constipation is common in clinic,its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated,and the application of Dachengqi decoction has achieved good clinical results.The purpose of this article is to introduce the empirical case of Yangming fu-viscera excess syndrome constipation after the treatment of hemorrhoids with Dachengqi decoction for reference.
