中医护理在气虚血瘀型周围性面瘫恢复期的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中医护理在气虚血瘀型周围性面瘫恢复期患者中的治疗效果。方法将120例确诊为气虚血瘀型周围性面瘫恢复期的日间病房患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。在针刺治疗的基础上,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施中医护理,观察并比较2组患者的疗效指标。结果治疗后,2组面神经功能H-B评分、SDS和SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率及患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理能够提高气虚血瘀型周围性面瘫恢复期的治疗效果,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type during the recovery period.Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with peripheral facial paralysis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in the recovery period were randomly divided into an experimental group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases.On the basis of acupuncture treatment,the control group received routine care,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing care.The therapeutic effect indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,H-B scores,SDS and SAS scores of facial nerve function in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and patient satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of peripheral facial paralysis with qi deficiency and blood stasis during the recovery period,display the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve patients'satisfaction.
