摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎在中医学上属于“痹证”范畴,具有不可根治、反复发作、致残率高、危害性极强的特点,探析防治积极方法显得尤为重要。文章基于中医“治未病”的预防理念,结合类风湿性关节炎的疾病转归特点,探析中医预防理念在类风湿性关节炎防治中的多重应用。中医“治未病”的预防理念结合运用于疾病发生、发展及转归,能全程多阶段有效地指导类风湿性关节炎防治,意义重大。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)belongs to the category of"bi syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which has the characteristics of incurable repeated attacks,high disability rate and extremely harmful.Active prevention and treatment is particularly important.Based on the preventive treatment of disease concept of TCM,combining with the disease outcome characteristics of RA,this paper probed into the multiple applications of prevention concept of TCM in the prevention and treatment of RA.The combination of preventive treatment of disease concept of TCM can effectively guide the prevention and treatment of RA in the whole process and multiple stages,which is of great significance.
