摘　　要：近年来,2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的发病率逐年攀升,这一趋势引起了医学界的广泛关注。目前,中医和西医对该病的治疗各有优势,研究发现采用中西医结合的方式治疗时可取得较好疗效。文章通过搜集阅读相关文献,总结中医、西医对于2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的认识、治疗并形成综述,为今后中西医进一步研究治疗提供参考,同时也为中西医结合治疗提供思路。In recent years,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia has been increasing year by year,and this trend has attracted extensive attention from the medical community.At present,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own advantages in the treatment of this disease,and it is found that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve better therapeutic effects.Therefore,this paper summarized the understanding and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and forms an overview through reading the literature,so as to provide references for further research on the treatment of this disease in the future,and at the same time,provide ideas for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease.
