摘  要:为研究Ni-Fe-B合金对碳纤维毡催化石墨化的影响,采用电沉积的方法,通过改变电解液中FeSO_4·7H_(2)O的质量浓度,实现Ni-Fe-B合金层在碳纤维毡上均匀负载,并探讨Ni-Fe-B合金对碳纤维毡石墨化程度的影响。结果表明,在FeSO_4·7H_(2)O质量浓度100 g/L、温度50℃、电流1 A/dm^(2)、沉积3 min的条件下进行电沉积,高温处理后负载的碳纤维毡石墨化率可高达90.77%,表面电阻率从1.99 mΩ·cm降到0.82 mΩ·cm,降低了58.69%。研究发现,在2400℃的高温下,Ni-Fe-B合金对碳纤维毡能起到催化石墨化作用,将无序结构的碳纤维成功转化为有序结构的石墨纤维。Graphite fiber felt is a key component of proton exchange membrane fuel cells,namely the substrate of the gas diffusion layer,and its good performance is a prerequisite for ensuring the stable operation of the battery.Carbon fiber felt needs to be graphitized at high temperatures to ensure the conductivity and chemical stability of the graphite fiber felt.However,in this process,ultra-high energy consumption significantly increases the preparation cost of graphite felt,and the degree of graphitization of graphite felt cannot be increased rapidly.At present,catalytic graphitization is one of the main methods to reduce energy consumption and improve the degree of graphitization.Metal or B is commonly used to catalyze the graphitization of carbon materials.Transition metals,due to the special electronic configuration of the d-layer,are prone to receiving electrons from carbon,thereby dissolving carbon.At this time,carbon-carbon bonds will be broken by metal catalysts at the interface between disordered carbon and metal,and then carbon will dissolve in solid or molten metal,precipitating graphite carbon.Metal alloys composed of Fe and Ni ions can significantly reduce the graphitization temperature.Under high temperature conditions,this paper uses transition metals Ni and Fe as precursors of graphitization catalysts.B can accelerate the graphitization of carbon materials.During the catalytic graphitization process,it can replace the carbon atoms in the hexagonal carbon ring or insert itself into the gaps of the graphite layer,catalyzing the continuous growth of graphite carbon.The catalytic performance of B based catalysts is not sensitive to the particle size of the catalyst and the type of carbon used,which has prominent advantages for metal based catalysts.Although B doping methods have been used for the catalytic graphitization of carbon,with most studies on the catalytic graphitization of carbon by B alone or B with single metals,there is relatively little research on B and alloys.Therefore,this paper introduces
