摘  要:物流路径优化旨在通过合理规划运输路线,以降低物流成本、提高运输效率、提升客户满意度。鉴于传统路径规划方法因计算复杂度高、缺乏动态适应性等局限性,难以满足现代物流需求的问题,总结了人工智能技术在物流路径优化中的应用,分析了机器学习、深度学习、强化学习在优化路径选择、图像与数据处理、智能决策支持、动态路径调整、自适应优化等应用场景中的具体作用,并探讨了人工智能技术在国内外典型企业中的实际应用效果。针对人工智能技术在物流路径优化中面临的数据准确性、实时性、算法复杂性、人才短缺、应用成本等方面的挑战,给出了提升数据质量、优化算法、加强人才培养、降低成本等应对策略。最后指出,未来人工智能技术将与5G、物联网等新兴技术深度融合,推动物流路径优化向更智能、更高效、更绿色的方向发展。The logistics path optimization aims to reduce logistics costs,improve transportation efficiency,and enhance customer satisfaction through rational planning of transportation routes.As traditional path planning methods face difficulties in meeting the needs of modern logistics due to the high computational complexity and lack of dynamic adaptability,this paper summarizes the application of artificial intelligence in logistics path optimization and analyzes the specific roles of machine learning,deep learning,reinforcement learning in optimizing the path selection,image and data processing,intelligent decision-making support,dynamic path adjustment,self-adaptive optimization and other application scenarios.It also discusses the practical application effects of AI technologies in typical enterprises at home and abroad.Moreover,in response to the challenges of the application of AI technologies in logistics path optimization,such as data accuracy,real-time processing,algorithm complexity,talent shortage,implementation cost,corresponding strategies are proposed to improve data quality,optimize algorithms,promote talent training,and reduce costs.Finally,it is pointed out that in the future,AI technologies will be deeply integrated with emerging technologies such as 5G and IoT to boost the development of logistics path optimization to become more intelligent,more efficient and more environment-friendly.
