摘　　要：精神障碍在人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者中常见,严重影响HIV感染者的心理健康和生活质量。然而,HIV感染者的精神障碍问题未受到广泛重视。为规范HIV感染者精神障碍管理,中华医学会热带病与寄生虫病分会艾滋病学组、浙江省数理医学学会感染性疾病专业委员会、浙江省性病艾滋病防治协会艾滋病诊疗质控管理专业委员会和《中华临床感染病杂志》邀请有关专家,结合国内外指南共识及最新研究进展制订《HIV感染者精神障碍管理专家共识(2024版)》。本共识包含HIV感染者精神障碍的流行病学、发病机制、临床特征与评估及处理方法,旨在提高临床医师对HIV感染者精神障碍的诊治与管理能力,以改善HIV感染者的临床结局和生活质量。Mental disorders are common in people living with HIV,which seriously affects their mental health and quality of life.However,these problems are often overlooked.In order to standardize the management of mental disorders in people living with HIV,the AIDS Committee,Chinese Society of Tropical Disease and Parasitology,the Infectious Disease Professional Committee of Zhejiang Society for Mathematical Medicine,the Committee of AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Quality Control Management,Zhejiang Provincial STD/AIDS Prevention Association and Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases invited experts in relevant fields to develop the Expert consensus on the management of mental disorders in people living with HIV(2024 version)based on national and international guidelines and the latest research progress.This consensus includes the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,evaluation,and treatment of mental disorders in people living with HIV.It aims to improve the clinical ability of diagnosis,treatment,and management of mental disorders in people living with HIV,and to improve their clinical outcomes and quality of life.
