摘　　要：总结1例Danon病患者行心脏移植术后的护理经验。护理要点:严密监测心功能,预防右心功能衰竭;落实分阶段镇痛镇静措施,减少相关并发症的发生;评估骨骼肌功能、强化康复训练,促进患者预后。患者术后5 d转入普通病房,术后22 d顺利出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Danon disease after heart transplantation.Nursing key points:closely monitor heart function,prevent right heart failure;phased analgesic and sedative measures were implemented to reduce the occurrence of related complications.Skeletal muscle function was evaluated and rehabilitation training was strengthened to promote the prognosis of patients.The patient was transferred to the general ward 5 days after operation,and was discharged 22 days after operation.
