摘 要:为评价湿地松(Pinus elliottii)种子园种子品质稳定性,并给广西湿地松良种的高产和稳产提供技术支持,连续3年对湿地松改良代种子园进行采种,并于2017年造林,建立遗传测定试验林。对17个家系5年生幼林的生长差异进行分析,采用Francis-Kannenberg模型筛选适宜广西博白地区生长的湿地松优良家系。结果表明,不同采种年份的湿地松子代胸径、树高和材积均差异不显著,不同家系的湿地松子代胸径、树高和材积均差异极显著,家系与年份交互作用对湿地松子代胸径、树高和材积均影响极显著。5年生试验林平均胸径为9.58 cm,平均树高为6.30 m,平均材积为0.028 m^(3)。胸径、树高和材积的家系遗传力分别为0.6205、0.7091和0.6771,单株遗传力分别为0.1049、0.1854和0.1365。胸径、树高和材积的家系遗传力均较高。材积的变异系数和遗传变异系数均较大,受遗传控制程度较高。该种子园种子品质较稳定。S13和S10家系为适宜在广西博白地区生长的优良家系。To evaluate seed quality stability of Pinus elliottii seed orchard and provide technical support for high and stable yield of excellent varieties of P.elliottii in Guangxi,seed collection was conducted for consecutive three years from P.elliottii improved seed orchard,followed by afforestation in 2017.Genetic measurement experimental plantation was established.Growth differences of five-year-old young stands of 17 families were analyzed,and Francis-Kannenberg model was used to select superior families of P.elliottii suitable for growth in Bobai region,Guangxi.Results showed that there were no significant differences in DBH,tree height and volume among different seed collection years.There were extremely significant differences in DBH,tree height and volume among families.Interaction between family and year had extremely significant effects on DBH,tree height and volume.Average DBH,average tree height and average volume of five-year-old experimental plantation were 9.58 cm,6.30 m and 0.028 m^(3)respectively.Family heritability of DBH,tree height and volume were 0.6205,0.7091 and 0.6771 respectively,while individual heritability were 0.1049,0.1854,and 0.1365 respectively.Family heritability of DBH,tree height and volume were relatively higher.Coefficient of variation and genetic coefficient of variation for volume were large,indicating higher degree of genetic control.Seed quality of seed orchard was relatively stable.S13 and S10 families were considered as suitable superior families for growth in Bobai region,Guangxi.
